Collusion of migrants traffickers & NGOs: the press release of the Communist Party

Speaks Marco Rizzo of the Communist Party:

The debate over the investigations of the Catania Public Prosecutor’s Office on the known contacts of some NGOs with migrant traffickers does not stop. Knowledge that, as pointed out by the prosecutor, must be supported by evidences as soon as possible. But it was enough to trig the reactions, which came without delay and intensified after the words of Luigi Di Maio (M5S), to which replied the V.I.P. writer Roberto Saviano and to follow some of the historical realities such as “Médecins Sans Frontières” (MSF), Save The Children Italia, InterSos, UNICEF (which last few days is insulting and is insulted by hundreds of Twitter users).

On this, “Intelligo News” asked the opinion of the general secretary of the Communist Party, Marco Rizzo, which broadens the view: ”At the top of all there are the great migrations, which exist because there is this kind of system, which includes and involves the war, the intensive exploitation of energy resources of the countries of the third and fourth world and the plunder of the environment. All this causes the large migratory movements. If we do not see the situation from this point of view we can not talk about the rest. If the capitalist system ceases, it ceases or shrinks the migration phenomenon”.

“How do you comment the storm that was unleashed on the issue of the NGOs and their contacts with migrant traffickers?”

First of all, the phenomenon of migration is a complex phenomenon. If we want to go upstream, the great migrations are there because there is this kind of system, which includes and involves the war, the intensive exploitation of energy resources of the countries of the third and fourth world and the plunder of the environment.

All this causes the large migratory movements. If we do not see the situation from this point of view we can not talk about the rest. If the capitalist system ceases, ceases also the phenomenon of migration. And moreover, as I said, there is war, although I do not tell stories and I clearly say that most of the migrations are not because of wars but for the economic, social and environmental issues of those countries. Products by capitalism, by capitalist globalization.

Moreover, I think there is a “scientific nature” in wanting to reduce the rights of the workers in the countries where it is still present a kind of welfare state, and mainly in Europe: what more effective measure to reduce the rights of the indigenous workers but to bring in the Continent what we can call a “reserve industrial army” of Marxian memory? Ethnically substituting “unionized” workers with “green” workers, they reset the trade union struggle of a century.

When you, worker, are crushed down by the dynamics of exploitation, but these dynamics impose beside you one who comes from a terrible place, available to do your own work for half-salary, here comes the “reserve industrial army”. There is also, we can say, a “planning” of this migration for that purpose, which we see in the strategic interest of the Troika: reduce drastically, almost at once, the rights of workers. Turn the clock back a century with just a few NGO boats.

Said that, is it possible so that there is a kind of “let them do” to some of these organizations or even an incentive? What’s behind it? In part only solidarity, of course, but behind so much else there is money. But what is it that does not move for money in this society?

“Who did not want to see? Also a part of the Left?”

I would say that a large part of the Left, not just part of, has abandoned the conceptions of class to marry lateral, eclectic conceptions. The main conflict is, remains and will remain that between capital and labor. A capital that is becoming more and more concentrated, powerful and rich, and a labor that becomes increasingly fragmented, poor and massive for all: today, compared to the past, the proletariat is 90% of the population.

“Apart from the causes, the real problem is a concrete and effective fight against traffickers by International Institutions.”

Starting from the Libyan disaster, it must be said that the West has made war on countries where ISIS has arrived, following a systematic script: the West has arrived in Iraq, a people has been destroyed, Saddam Hussein killed and now there is ISIS, in Libya that people was destroyed, Gaddafi killed and now there is ISIS. In Syria, the aim is to repeat the script, and the US and EU want to repeat it, not Russia or China.

There is a seemingly controversial contradiction, but it is part of a strategic plan that foresees to cancel the independence of any State which is not inside capitalist globalization, and on the other to build a world population, a “melting pot”, a “rainbow” human society, with no race, no color, no family, no gender, and made of slaves and desperate, with a few who rule the whole bunch.

We no longer speak of “nations” now but of “Union”, in fact. Turn back to the Lira and the true Italian State would be apparently a solution, granted that Italy ever had a sovereignty, as always being under the US influence, but I would not absolve the Italian masters. Starting from the “Alitalia” issue for instance, I do not feel I can “absolve” Montezemolo and “condemn” only Merkel.
