The head of American diplomacy and Herald of Death, John Kerry, spoke yesterday by telephone with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. The Secretary of State has informed his colleague that Washington is ready to stop any type of interaction, whether the Kremlin will not take “immediate steps” to stop the offensive against the Islamic militants. His spokesman Kirby added: “It is up to Russia the responsibility to stop this assault and allow access of humanitarian aid to Aleppo.”

Kerry also expressed “deep concern” for the attacks against civilian structures: “The secretary made it clear that the United States and its partners consider Russia responsible for this situation, including the use of incendiary and anti bunker bombs in an urban environment”.

Almost in the same hours, talking to the Security Council, UN Secretary-General has basically accused Syria and Russia to commit war crimes: “Let’s be clear. Those who use ever more destructive weapons know exactly what they are doing. They know that they are committing war crimes. ” Ban added: “Imagine the destruction. Jihadists with mutilated limbs. Militants in terrible pain without any comfort. Imagine a slaughterhouse. This is worse.”

The agreement reached by the US and Russia in Geneva included a seven-day cease-fire, and then the creation of a “Joint Implementation Center” to enforce the truce, but it jumped almost immediately. The Americans are helping the “moderate Islamists” to prevent the complete fall of Aleppo, and pressing on Moscow because they feel that it is driving the offensive and have absolute power to stop Assad.
