Kim Jong-un writes a letter to Senator Razzi

Senator Antonio Razzi, the most popular Italian politician on social network, received a letter from the leader Kim Jong-un (with whom he is in delightful personal relationship). And now the hypothesis of Razzi as mediator, for world peace, between the West and the North Korean regime, is stronger than ever.

Senator Antonio Razzi personally gives the news to the newspaper “Il Tempo”:

“After Trump’s speech at the UN – explains in this interview – the first secretary of the North Korean embassy in Rome called me: ‘Senator, I have to give you a very important communication: a letter from Kim Jong-un'”.

And you, senator, what did you answer?

“Look, I said, in three quarters of an hour I have a bus for Pescara from Tiburtina station, either you bring me the letter here, or we should meet later on Monday because I do not have the state car with driver unlike other politicians.”

And the North Koreans, what did they do?

“‘No, no it’s urgent’ – they told me. Then I replied, ‘Well, if you come to the bus for Pescara, which departas at 17.30, I’ll wait for you’. And before the bus left, the new ambassador arrived, with me there was my wife and she met him too.”

And what does this letter say?

“I read it, it’s in English. It is a tough letter of complaint against Trump and his speech to the UN.”

But don’t they stand too far, perhaps?

“I hope and I believe that the margin to avoid the irreparable is still there. You understand that it does not make sense.”

So how do we come out? Kim Jong-un continues to test missiles…

“I hope the Americans will not bombard them because if some North Koreans die, then something really irreparable can be triggered. Above all for the Asian area, but also for all the world the conflict must be avoided.”

Will Kim Jong-un stop rocking missiles?

“I think Kim Jong-un will still try to rock missiles for his tests, at least until world public opinion begins to remove some of the embargos to North Korea. This I think, for my experience of that country.”

What will you do about this letter? Will you bring it to the attention of the Italian Parliament?

“Tuesday I will bring it to the Foreign Commission. I will give it to the President.”

You had to go to North Korea this month but then you cancelled the travel. Why? And as today, are you ready to go back there?

“I had to go but I did not leave because the event I was invited has been postponed, an exercise parade was planned. But if there is a need to go as a mediator, talking on 4 or 5 precise points identified by the UN with the consent of the USA and the Western community, I am available.”

Confess, do you dream to become the peace mediator?

“I can be a card to play, if they want. I understand that they don’t want to take this hypothesis into account because in Italy I am in the opposition party and if by chance Razzi can solve the North Korea problem, just imagine what might happen. But…”

…But, what?

“If we want the good of the world, we need to play all the cards, the North Koreans provided their peace signal, with Kwang-Song Han, for example, the North Korean footballer who came to Italy, in Perugia, to play football. A sign of rapprochement. I wonder, how do we not understand?'”

…Understand, what?

“Kim Jong-un loves Italian style, our ties, our music, our football. We remind him when, as a student in Switzerland, he went to “San Siro” stadium to see the football matches. How can’t we be able to talk to a person who loves so much Italy?”

To the future generations, a future not too far away, the arduous sentence.
