Father Paolo Farinella, Catholic priest in Genoa, Italy, is not a newcomer of provocations and strong words, but this time he crossed the line.
He has not only announced he would not make the nativity scene, “which has become the symbol of a fairy tale” in his opinion. Now he lashes out also against Matteo Salvini that “with a shameful act is bringing it all around as a symbol of civilization.” He utters extremely violent words, unbelievable, against a member of Forza Italia, Mariastella Gelmini: “Gelmini singing ‘You come down from the stars’ makes me sick, she should undergo a Female Genital Mutilation and stop singing ‘You come down from the stars’.”
